摘  要:采用带红外加热干燥单元的自动分析仪检测聚丙烯中挥发物(包括水)含量,考察了带红外加热干燥单元的自动分析仪试验条件对挥发物(包括水)含量的影响,同时与GB/T 2914-2008(烘箱法)测定结果进行对比。结果表明,采用带红外加热干燥单元的自动分析仪,在加热温度为105℃,样品质量为3g,预设加热时间为10min时,与GB/T 2914-2008挥发物检测结果基本相当。该方法检测时间短,操作简便,具有较好的应用前景。In this paper,Thermogravimetric methods using an automatic analyser with an infrared drying was used to detect the volatiles(including water)content in polypropylene.The results were compared with GB/T 2914-2008(oven method).At the same time,the influence of the test conditions of the automatic analyzer with infrared heating and drying unit on the measurement results was investigated.The result shows that when the automatic analyzer with infrared heating and drying unit is used,when the heating temperature is 105℃,the sample dosage is 3 g,and the preset heating time is 10 min,it is basically equivalent to the GB/T 2914-2008 test results of volatiles.This method has short detection time,simple operation and good application prospects.
