摘　　要：目的:探讨左房容积指数(LAVI)及血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)预测非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植(OPCAB)术后房颤(POAF)的价值。方法:将196例OPCAB患者根据心电图结果分为POAF组(36例)和非POAF组(160例)。比较两组LAVI、BNP、Gal-3。结果:POAF组LAVI、BNP、Gal-3均高于非POAF组(P<0.05)。LAVI、BNP、Gal-3及三者联合预测POAF的AUC分别为0.766、0.773、0.711、0.872。结论:LAVI、BNP、Gal-3对POAF具有较高的预测价值。Objective:To investigate the value of left atrial volume index(LAVI)and serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),galectin-3(Gal-3)in predicting the postoperative atrial fibrillation(POAF)after OPCAB.Methods:196 OPCAB patients were divided into POAF group(36 cases)and non-POAF group(160 cases)based on the electrocardiogram results.The LAVI,BNP and Gal-3 levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The LAVI,BNP and Gal-3 levels of the POAF group were higher than those of the non-POAF group(P<0.05).The AUC of LAVI,BNP,Gal-3 and combined detection in predicting the POAF were 0.766,0.773,0.711 and 0.872.Conclusion:LAVI,BNP and Gal-3 have high predictive value of the POAF.
