高通量血液透析联合复方α酮酸片治疗MHD患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究高通量血液透析(HFHD)联合复方α酮酸片对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的临床疗效。方法:70例MHD患者随机分为对照组(n=34,采用HFHD治疗)和观察组(n=36,采用HFHD联合复方α酮酸片治疗),比较两组治疗前后相关指标的差异。结果:治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、CD8^(+)、血P、Ca×P、iPTH、BUN、Scr、β2-MG、UA水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、Hb、SF、Alb水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且变化幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:HFHD联合复方α酮酸片治疗MHD疗效显著。Objective:To explore the combination of high-throughput hemodialysis(HFHD)and compound therapyαClinical efficacy of ketonic acid tablets in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:70 MHD patients were selected and randomly divide into a control group(n=34,HFHD was used)and an observation group(n=36,HFHD combined with compound alpha-ketoacid tablets),and compare the differences in related indicators between the two groups.Results:The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP,CD8^(+),blood P,Ca×P,iPTH,BUN,Scr,β_(2)-MG and UAin observation group decreased,while the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),Hb,SF and Alb increased after treatment(P<0.05).Changes of these indicators were greater in the observation groupthan in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFHD combined with compoundα-ketoacid tablets can improve the micro-inflammatory state,enhance cellular immunity,and improve nutritional status in MHD patients.
