摘　　要：目的:观察不同止血法在血管畸形患儿动脉穿刺中的止血效果。方法:收集安徽省儿童医院80例脑血管畸形患儿临床资料,根据止血方法不同分为常规组与实验组,观察两组患儿压迫止血效果。结果:实验组术者操作时间及肢体制动时间均短于常规组(P<0.05),且患儿主观舒适度评价表(BCS)评分优于常规组(P<0.05);两组使用抗血小板药及抗凝药物的比例相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组疗效较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种止血方法均可起到有效的压迫止血效果,但3M外科高弹力绷带应用在减少操作时间及患儿制动时间疗效更好。Objective:To observe the haemostatic effect of different haemostatic methods in arterial punctures in children with Vascular malformations.Methods:The clinical data of 80 children with Vascular malformation in Anhui Children's Hospital were collected and divided into conventional and experimental groups according to different methods of haemostasis to observe the effect of pressure haemostasis in the two groups.Results:The surgeon’s operation time and limb immobilization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS)score was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of antiplatelet drug use or anticoagulant drug use between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both methods of haemostasis provide effective compression to stop bleeding,but device compression is more effective in reducing the time of manipulation and the time the child is restrained.
