社会支持调节小儿消化道出血救治结局与干预质量的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持在小儿消化道出血救治结局与干预质量间的调节效应。方法:以94例消化道出血患儿为研究对象,分析患儿救治结局不良的影响因素及社会支持水平与干预质量间的关系。结果:救治结局不良患儿社会支持与干预质量评分均低于救治结局良好患儿(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,出血程度、住院时间、社会支持与干预质量评分均为消化道出血患儿救治结局不良的影响因素(P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,交互作用项“社会支持×干预质量”回归系数在以救治结局为因变量的回归方程中具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且调节效应显著(P<0.01)。结论:社会支持是消化道出血患儿干预质量对救治结局影响的调节因子。Objective:To explore the moderating effect of social support on the outcome of pediatric gastrointestinal bleeding treatment and the quality of intervention.Method:94 children with gastrointestinal bleeding were studied to analyze the influencing factors of poor treatment outcomes and the relationship between social support level and intervention quality.The social support and intervention quality scores of children with poor treatment outcomes were lower than those of children with good treatment outcomes(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of bleeding,length of hospital stay,social support,and intervention quality score were all influencing factors for poor treatment outcomes in children with gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05);Stratified regression analysis shows that the interaction term"social support×The regression coefficient of"intervention quality"has statistical significance(P<0.01)in the regression equation with treatment outcome as the dependent variable,and the moderating effect is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Social support is a moderating factor in the impact of intervention quality on treatment outcomes in children with gastrointestinal bleeding.
