摘  要:目的采用HPLC法同时测定杜仲-川芎药对中绿原酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯I、洋川芎内酯H、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯等7种成分的含量。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,检测波长326 nm(绿原酸、阿魏酸、藁本内酯)、276 nm(松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、洋川芎内酯I、洋川芎内酯H、洋川芎内酯A),进样量10μL。结果绿原酸、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯I、洋川芎内酯H、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯的线性范围分别为5.160~258.0、6.624~331.2、3.490~174.5、1.522~76.10、0.3212~16.06、25.44~1.277×10^(3)、21.98~1.099×10^(3)μg·mL^(-1)(r>0.999);平均加样回收率为96.73%~103.09%,RSD为0.68%~2.6%(n=6)。结论所用方法高效、便捷、准确、稳定,可为杜仲-川芎药对的质量控制提供参考。OBJECTIVE To simultaneous determine chlorogenic acid,pinoresinol diglucoside,ferulic acid,senkyunolideⅠ,senkyunolide H,senkyunolide A and ligustilide in drug pair of Eucommia ulmoides and Ligusticum chuanxiong by HPLC.METHODS The determination was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase.Detection wavelengths were set at 326 nm(chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and ligustilide),276 nm(pinoresinol diglucoside,senkyunolide I,senkyunolide H and senkyunolide A).The injection volume was 10μL.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid,pinoresinol diglucoside,ferulic acid,senkyunolide I,senkyunolide H,senkyunolide A and ligustilide exhibited good linearity(r>0.999)in the range of 5.160-258.0μg·mL^(-1),6.624-331.2μg·mL^(-1),3.490-174.5μg·mL^(-1),1.522-76.10μg·mL^(-1),0.3212-16.06μg·mL^(-1),25.44-1.277×10^(3)μg·mL^(-1),and 21.98-1.099×10^(3)μg·mL^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries were 96.73%-103.09% with the RSDs between 0.68%-2.6%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is efficient,simple,accurate,stable and can provide reference for the quality control of drug pair,Eucommia ulmoides and Ligusticum chuanxiong.
