摘  要:四川沐川地区峨眉山玄武岩出露广泛,开采技术条件好。采集11件玄武岩岩芯样品进行地球化学、薄片鉴定和拉丝试验等测试分析,从化学成分、岩石组构和拉丝工艺等3个方面对其进行了纤维用玄武岩原矿的初步评价。结果显示,玄武岩样品w(SiO_(2))为47.15%~51.35%,w(Al_(2)O_(3))为10.52%~14.30%,w(Fe_(2)O_(3))为2.42%~7.56%,w(FeO)为6.02%~9.26%,w(CaO)为4.20%~8.88%,w(MgO)为3.26%~5.25%,全碱w(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O)为3.29%~5.66%,w(TiO_(2))为2.78%~4.94%。玄武岩类型包括致密块状玄武岩、含杏仁状玄武岩和杏仁状玄武岩,均属碱性—亚碱性过渡系列岩石,岩石结构主要为拉斑玄武结构和粗玄结构。6件致密块状玄武岩均能连续拉丝成功,其化学成分稳定和析晶上限温度为1270℃,应优考虑其作为连续纤维用玄武岩原矿;2件含杏仁玄武岩均能连续拉丝成功,其析晶上限温度为1300~1310℃,不满足连续玄武岩纤维的实际生产要求且能耗较大;3件杏仁状玄武岩有1件连续拉丝失败,因其杏仁体中含有石英、方解石和火山玻璃等不利于玄武岩纤维生产的成分、CaO含量过低、酸度系数过大和析晶上限温度过高(1310~1320℃)等,不宜作为纤维用玄武岩的生产原料。研究成果对周边地区纤维用玄武岩的评价工作具有借鉴意义。Emeishan basalt in Muchuan area of Sichuan province is widely exposed and possesses good mining technical factors.In this study,11 basalt core samples were collected for tests and analysis including geochemical analysis,thin section identification and wire drawing test,and the primary evaluation of basalt raw ore for fiber is carried out from three aspects:chemical composition,rock fabric and wire drawing technology.The geochemical analytical results of basalt show that w(SiO_(2))=47.15%-51.35%,w(Al_(2)O_(3))=10.52%-14.30%,w(Fe_(2)O_(3))=2.42%-7.56%,w(FeO)=6.02%-9.26%,w(CaO)=4.20%-8.88%,w(MgO)=3.26%-5.25%,total alkali w(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O)=3.29%-5.66% and w(TiO_(2))=2.78%-4.94%.Dense massive basalts,amygdaloidal-bearing basalts and amygdaloidal basalts are included in basalts with tholeiitic and trachytic texture,which belong to the alkali-subalkaline transition series rocks.The 6 dense massive basalt samples can be continuously wiredrawn successfully,their chemical compositions are stable,and the upper temperature of crystallization is 1270℃,so dense massive basalt can be chosen as basalt raw ore for continuous fiber.The two pieces of amygdaloidal-bearing basalt samples can be continuously wiredrawn successfully,but their upper limit temperature of crystallization is 1300-1310℃(large energy consumption),which can not meet the actual production requirements of continuous basalt fiber.One of the three pieces of amygdaloidal basalt failed to show continuously wiredrawing,because the amygdaloidal body contains quartz,calcite and volcanic glass,which are not conducive to the production of basalt fiber.In addition,the CaO content is too low,the acidity coefficient is too high and the crystallization upper limit temperature is too high(1310-1320℃).All these factors show that this kind of basalt is not suitable for the production of basalt for fiber.The research results of this paper can be used as reference for the evaluation of basalt for fiber in surrounding areas.
