摘  要:针对膜极距电解槽的R网局部开裂的现象,进行了原因分析。通过数据统计、理化检验、微观分析等方法得出结论:R网开裂是由其基体T丝晶粒异常粗大导致。针对根本原因,制定并实施了改进措施。经过生产验证跟踪,改进措施有效消除R网的开裂现象,为R网产品的技术选代夯实基础。Electrolysis device is the core device of the ion exchange membrane caustic soda system in chlor-alkali industry,and the R-net is an important component of the zero-gap electrolysis device.For a period of time,there have been local cracks in the production process of R-net.An analysis was conducted on the causes of this abnormal phenomenon through data statistics,physical and chemical tests,microscopic analysis and other methods.It was concluded that the cracking of the R-net was caused by the abnormally coarse grain size of the T metal wire in its matrix.Improvement measures have been developed and implemented to address the root cause.Production verification and tracking proved that the improvement measures have effectively eliminated the cracking phenomenon of R-net,laying a solid foundation for the technical iteration of R-net products.
