医学生职业精神现状的调查与思考

摘　　要：目的:调查医学生职业精神现状并探索其影响因素,提出针对性建议,以期进一步完善和深化医学生职业精神的培养。方法:采用问卷调查方法对某医科大学医学生医学职业精神现状进行了调查。结果:有87.1%的被调查对象认同医学职业精神主要由坚守治病救人的职业理想、乐于奉献的价值追求和病人利益至上的行为准则等要素构成,73.4%的被调查对象认为有必要提升自己的职业精神,79.4%的被调查对象认为“教师(带教医生)职业精神素养”是影响医学生职业精神形成的重要因素。结论:医学生职业精神状况总体令人乐观,但今后仍需加强医学生职业精神教育顶层设计,修订培养目标,完善医学生职业精神教育培养体系,改进教育内容、教学方法和评价体系,构建高质量的医学生职业精神教育师资队伍,以提升医学生职业精神教育质量。Objective:This study aimed to investigate the current status of professional ethics among medical students,explore influencing factors,and provide targeted recommendations to further enhance the cultivation of professional ethics in medical students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current status of professional ethics among medical students at a medical university.Results:87.1%of the surveyed individuals recognized that medical professional ethics mainly consist of elements such as upholding the professional ideal of healing and saving lives,pursuing values of dedication,and adhering to the principle of patient-centered care.73.4%of the surveyed students believed it was necessary to enhance their own professional ethics,and 79.4%of them considered that the professionalism of teachers(supervising doctors)was an important factor influencing the formation of medical students'professional ethics.Conclusion:The overall state of professional ethics among medical students is promising.However,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of professional ethics education for medical students in the future,revise educational goals,improve the educational system for cultivating professional ethics,refine educational content,teaching methods,and evaluation systems,and build a high-quality faculty team for the education of medical students'professional ethics to enhance the quality of professional ethics education for medical students.
