痛风饮对痛风性关节炎缓解期患者湿热体质的影响

摘　　要：目的:运用痛风饮干预湿热体质痛风性关节炎缓解期患者,观察干预前后检验指标及中医体质转化分的变化。方法:将63例痛风性关节炎缓解期湿热体质患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。对照组给予非布司他片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以痛风饮口服。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效,干预前后湿热体质转化分、血尿酸变化情况。结果:治疗组显效6例,有效21例,无效5例,总有效率为84.38%;对照组显效0例,有效7例,无效24例,总有效率为22.58%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组湿热体质转化分均较干预前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组血尿酸较干预前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2组血尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组干预期间均无明显不良反应。结论:痛风饮对改善痛风性关节炎缓解期湿热体质有明显的作用,与非布司他合用可协助降低血尿酸,为中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎缓解期患者提供参考。Objective:To use Tongfeng Yin(痛风饮)to intervene patients of damp-heat constitution with gouty arthritis in the remission stage,and to observe the changes in test indicators and TCM constitution conversion score before and after intervention.Methods:Sixty-three patients with damp-heat constitution in the remission stage of gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases using a random number table.The control group was given oral Febuxostat Tablets,while the treatment group was given oral Tongfeng Yin based on the treatment as that in the control group.Both groups had a 4-week course of treatment.Observe the clinical efficacy,conversion score of damp heat constitution,and changes in blood uric acid before and after intervention in both groups.Results:In the treatment group,6 cases showed significant improvement,21 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 84.38%;in the control group,there were no cases of significant improvement,7 cases of effectiveness,and 24 cases of ineffectiveness,with a total effective rate of 22.58%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the conversion scores of damp heat constitution in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before intervention(P<0.01),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);the blood uric acid levels in both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in blood uric acid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions during the intervention period in both groups.Conclusion:Tongfeng Yin has a significant effect on improving the damp heat constitution during the remission period of gouty arthritis.When used in combination with Febuxostat,it can help reduce blood uric acid and provide reference for the combination of Chinese and Weste
