摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合冷疗对全膝关节置换术后患者疼痛及膝关节活动功能的影响。方法:将80例行全膝关节置换术的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。2组均行全膝关节置换术,对照组在手术后给予硬膜外镇痛泵自控镇痛(PCEA)和口服镇痛药物基础镇痛治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴压豆法联合冷疗。观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分标准(HSS)评分。结果:治疗后,2组VAS评分、HSS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);治疗后1 d,2组VAS评分、HSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3,7 d,2组VAS评分、HSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合冷疗缓解全膝关节置换术后疼痛疗效明显,能够有效降低疼痛评分,明显改善膝关节活动度,是缓解全膝关节置换术后患者疼痛及促进膝关节活动功能的良好方案。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular points plaster therapy combined with cold therapy on pain and total knee joint mobility in patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received PCEA and oral analgesics after surgery;while the treatment group was given auricular points plaster therapy combined with cold therapy based on the postoperative treatment as that for the control group.VAS scores and HSS scores of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and HSS score of both groups improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in VAS and HSS scores between the two groups one day after treatment(P>0.05);after 3 and 7 days of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in VAS and HSS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular points plaster therapy combined with cold therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on relieving pain after total knee arthroplasty.It can effectively reduce pain scores and significantly improve knee joint range of motion.It is good for relieving pain in patients after total knee arthroplasty and promoting knee joint mobility.
