摘　　要：改革开放四十多年来,我国已经迈入世界进口大国的行列。国际地位的转变推动了我国对相关贸易规则的整合与学习。《国际贸易术语解释通则》作为目前世界上接受程度最高、权威性最强的商事惯例,其适用的普遍性决定了我国企业学习的必要性。但Incoterms■2020问世至今只有近三年,如此短暂的时间导致世界各国的企业并不太了解其中的内容,最具有代表性的就是各国跨境企业对新增的DPU术语还不够了解。基于此,通过梳理DAT到DPU的嬗变,以及在DPU贸易术语下卖方可能遇到的风险,充分的阐述新型DPU贸易术语,并对卖方的风险防范提出相应地建议。With the increasing reform and opening up,China has stepped into the ranks of the world's major importers.The change of international status has promoted the integration and learning of relevant trade rules in China.Incoterms■ as the world's most widely accepted and authoritative commercial practices,the universality of its application determines the need for Chinese enterprises to learn.But Incoterms■2020 has only been introduced so far for two years,such a short period of time led to the world's enterprises do not quite understand the content,the most representative is the countries of cross-border enterprises on the new DPU terminology is not enough to understand.Based on this,this paper,by sorting out the transmutation of DAT to DPU,as well as the possible risks encountered by the seller under the DPU trade terms,fully elaborate the new DPU trade terms,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the seller's risk prevention.
