摘  要:以ZnO-Sb_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)为基质玻璃,掺杂不同质量分数(0~10%)的Al_(2)O_(3),采用熔融冷却法制备了锑磷酸盐系列玻璃(ZSPA)。研究结果表明,氧化铝质量分数小于9%时可以形成玻璃。ZSPA玻璃在254nm紫外激发下呈现出肉眼可见的白光。随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的增加,ZSPA玻璃的起始结晶温度与玻璃化转变温度差由110℃升至240℃,失重率由16.88%降至0.43%。Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为9%时,荧光强度最高,色度接近白色,色度坐标(0.201,0.207),为具有较强荧光特性、化学稳定性、热稳定性优异的锑磷酸盐玻璃。Using ZnO-Sb_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)as the matrix glass,the antimony phosphate glass series ZSPA was prepared by doping different contents(0-10%)of Al_(2)O_(3)using the melt-quenching method.The results indicate that glass can be formed when the mass fraction of aluminum oxide is less than 9%.Under 254 nm ultraviolet excitation,ZSPA glass exhibits visible white light.With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)doping,the difference between the initial crystallization temperature and the glass transition temperature of ZSPA glass increases from 110 to 240℃,and the weight loss rate decreases from 16.88%to 0.43%.When the doping amount of Al_(2)O_(3)is 9%,the fluorescence intensity reach the highest and the color is close to white,with the color coordinates of(0.201,0.207),making it antimony phosphate glass with strong fluorescence characteristics,excellent chemical stability and thermal stability.
