摘 要:以钼酸铵为钼源,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸镧为镧源,在150℃条件下通过微乳液法成功合成了La、TiO_(2)、MoO_(3)共掺杂的粉体。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜与红外光谱分别对掺杂粉体的物相、形貌和掺杂成分进行了研究,并用紫外可见漫反射对粉体的光致变色性能进行了表征。结果表明,La成功掺杂到MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)粉体材料中,并且粉体呈现TiO_(2)锐钛矿相,光致变色效果得到了较大的提升;当La掺杂量为15%时,光致变色性能最好,且为MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)粉体的6倍。Using ammonium molybdate as the source of molybdenum,tetrabutyl titanate as the source of titanium,and lanthanum nitrate as the source of lanthanum,La,TiO_(2)and MoO_(3)co-doped powders were successfully synthesized by the microemulsion method at 150℃.X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the phase,morphology and doping composition of the doped powder.The photochromic properties of the powder were characterized by ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection.The results showed that La was successfully doped into MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)powder,which presented TiO_(2)anatase phase,and the photochromic effect had been greatly improved.When the doping amount of La is 15%,its photochromic performance is the best,which is 6 times that of MoO_(3)-TiO_(2)powder.
