摘 要:基于实测的0Cr16Ni5Mo1马氏体不锈钢的基础参数,采用热处理工艺仿真软件对0Cr16Ni5Mo1马氏体不锈钢压气机静子叶片进行了加热和冷却过程的数值模拟。揭示了静子叶片热处理过程中的三维温度场、组织场和应力应变分布随时间的变化。对残余应力的模拟结果和实测结果进行了对比。结果表明:数值模拟能较准确地预测淬火后0Cr16Ni5Mo1钢静子叶片残余应力的变化趋势,但预测应力大小的准确度仍有待提高。Based on the measured basic parameters of 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 martensitic stainless steel,the heating and cooling processes of heat treatment for compressor stator vane of 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 steel were numerically simulated by the use of a heat treatment simulation software.The variation of three-dimensional temperature and microstructure fields and stress-strain distribution with time during heat treatment were revealed.Besides,the simulated results of residual stress were compared with its measured results.The results indicated that the numerical simulation was likely to predict more accurately variation trend of the residual stress in the 0Cr16Ni5Mo1 steel stator vane after hardening,however,the prediction accuracy of stress magnitude remains to be raised.
