离子渗氮工艺对17-4PH不锈钢性能的影响

摘  要:对17-4PH不锈钢分别进行了真空固溶和时效处理及离子渗氮。结果表明:17-4PH不锈钢经1040℃真空固溶处理随后480℃时效处理后的硬度为41.0~41.5 HRC;离子渗氮温度对17-4PH不锈钢表面硬度影响不大,对基体硬度的影响较大,对渗氮层深度有一定的影响;渗氮剂的氮氢比对17-4PH钢表面和基体的硬度影响不大,对渗氮层深度有一定影响;在500℃采用N_(2)∶H_(2)=1∶3的渗剂对17-4PH钢进行离子渗氮时,随着渗氮时间的延长,渗层深度增加,表面硬度变化不大,基体硬度降低。17-4PH stainless steel was solution treated in a vacuum furnace,aged and ion nitrided,respectively.The results showed that(a)the 17-4PH stainless steel vacuum solution treated at 1040℃then aged at 480℃displayed hardness of 41.0 to 41.4 HRC;(b)the ion nitriding temperature had less influence on surface hardness,and a certain influence on nitrided case depth for 17-4PH steel;(c)the nitrogen to hydrogen ratio of nitriding agent had less influence on hardness of surface and matrix of 17-4PH steel,and a certain influence on its nitrided case depth;and(d)when 17-4PH steel was ion nitrided at 500℃in a nitriding agent where nitrogen to hydrogen ratio was 1-to-3,with the increase in nitriding time,the nitrided case became deeper,the surface hardness had no obvious change,and the matrix hardness decreased.
