摘  要:Ф6.5 mm的65钢盘条在拉拔成线材的过程中断裂,一个断口呈笔尖状,另一个呈凹坑状。为弄清盘条断裂的原因,对断裂的盘条进行了断口分析、金相检验和能谱分析。结果表明:盘条中心有缩孔和裂纹,索氏体含量较低,而珠光体和网状铁素体含量较高,还有夹渣,导致其塑性变形性能降低从而拉拔时断裂。提出了相应的预防措施。6.5-mm-diam 65 steel wire rod fractured during being drawn out into wire,one fractures was nib-shaped and other was pit-shaped.To find out the cause for its fracturing the fractured wire rod was subjected to fracture test,metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicated that the wire rod exhibited shrinkage cavity and crack in its center,smaller amount of sorbite,pearlite and lager amount of ferrite network as well as slag inclusion,which resulted in reduction in its plastic deformability and its fracturing during drawing.The corresponding preventive measures were put forward.
