摘 要:本文介绍了一起通过并列运行主变之间的无功环流成功发现主变有载分接开关故障的案例。首先,在SCADA系统中发现某变电站两台并列运行主变之间存在无功环流;其次,建立电路模型进行理论计算和分析,判断为1号主变有载分接开关故障使得两台主变高压侧实际档位存在差异,最后,通过停电检查验证了诊断分析,并确认为1号主变有载分接开关的传动齿轮盒由于密封较差,内部进水锈蚀后发生故障,导致调档失败。A fault case of the on-load tap-changer,which is found successfully by the reactive circulating current between the main transformers in parallel operation in this paper is introduced in this paper.Firstly,it is found in the SCADA system that the reactive power circulating current is existed between the two main transformers in parallel operation of a certain substation.Then,a circuit model is set up for theoretical calculation and analysis,and it is judged that the fault on the on-load tap changer of No.1 transformer makes the actual gears of the high voltage side of the two main transformers differ.Finally,the diagnosis and analysis are verified through power off inspection.Moreover,it is confirmed that the transmission gear box of the on-load tap changer of No.1main transformer has fault due to weak sealing and corrosion because of water penetration,resulting in gear shifting failure.
