摘 要:目的:对石南藤和混淆品小叶爬崖香进行鉴别研究。方法:采用石蜡切片法、粉末临时制片法和薄层鉴别法,从显微特征及化学成分方面研究石南藤与小叶爬崖香的差异性。结果:石南藤茎横切片中髓维管束较少,大小较均匀,小叶爬崖香髓维管束较多,大小差异明显;石南藤茎粉末中淀粉为单粒或复粒,非腺毛为多细胞,而小叶爬崖香中淀粉多为单粒,非腺毛主要为单细胞;以futoquinol为对照品的薄层色谱鉴别方法能有效的区分石南藤与小叶爬崖香。结论:石南藤与小叶爬崖香显微结构和化学成分存在差异,期望本研究为二者的快速鉴别提供一定的科学依据。This study aims at distinguishing Piper wallichii from its confusable variety Piper sintenense.The differences in microscopic characteristics and chemical composition between P.wallichii and P.sintenense were investigated by using paraffin sectioning,powder provisional sectioning and thin-layer chromatography identification.The results showed that the medullary bundles in the transverse section of the stem of P.wallichii were small in number and uniform in size,whereas they were more numerous in P.sintenense,with a difference in size.The starch in the stem powder of P.wallichii was single or compound granular,and the nonglandular hairs were multicellular,whereas the starch in P.sintenense was mostly single granular,and the nonglandular hairs were unicellular.The two varieties were efficiently distinguished via the thin-layer chromatographic method with futoquinol as the control.In conclusion,there are differences in microstructure and chemical composition between P.wallichii and P.sintenense.This study has provided a scientific basis for the rapid identification of P.wallichii and P.sintenense.
