摘  要:本文对“日”字形截面型材绕弯成形内支撑模芯与型坯间隙变化对制件成形质量的影响进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,随着型坯与模具模芯间隙的增大,制件截面变形程度逐渐增大,型材壁厚变化率表现为先减小后增大;随着型材厚度的增加,制件截面变形程度逐渐减小,但型材壁厚变化率逐渐增大。In this paper,the gap between the inner support core and the profile in rotary bending process of the“日”shaped section is numerically simulated to study the forming quality of the workpiece.The results show that with the increase of the gap between the inner support core and the profile,the deformation degree of the workpiece section increases gradually,and the change rate of the profile wall thickness decreases first and then increases.With the increase of profile thickness,the deformation degree of the workpiece section decreases gradually,but the change rate of profile wall thickness increases gradually.
