摘　　要：针对轨道车辆机车车体的结构特点,提出了一种柴油发电机组集中载荷静强度试验方法,通过设计和制作两套提升加载系统,完成了集中载荷静强度试验。提升加载系统提高了试验效率,缩短了试验周期,降低了劳动强度及安全风险,达到了预期试验目的。According to the structural characteristics of rail vehicle locomotive body,a static strength test method of concentrated load for diesel generator set is put forward in the paper.By designing and making two sets of lifting loading systems,the purpose of concentrated load static strength test is achieved.The lifting loading system improves the test efficiency,reduces labor intensity and safety risks,shortens the test cycle,and achieves the expected test purpose.
