摘 要:核电站常规岛设备种类繁多,检测方法多样。随着磁粉检测工艺的成熟化和磁粉检测设备的发展,很多铁磁性材料的无损检测由原先的渗透检测改用了磁粉检测。本文介绍了核电厂常规岛常用设备的磁粉检测方法,并以磁粉检测方法及磁化规范较为典型的汽轮机叶片的磁粉检测为例进行了介绍。There are many kinds of conventional island equipment in nuclear power plants,and the detection methods are various.With the maturity of magnetic particle testing technology and the development of magnetic particle testing equipment,the non-destructive testing of many ferromagnetic materials has changed from the original penetration testing to magnetic particle testing.This paper introduces the magnetic particle testing methods for the common equipment of conventional islands in nuclear power plants,and the testing method is introduced with the typical magnetic particle testing and the magnetization specification.
