摘 要:中小学教育是民族地区教育工作的重要内容,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要战地。将铸牢中小学中华民族共同体意识教育纳入中小学教育全过程,不仅是新时代民族工作高质量发展的必经之路,也是民族工作战略性任务的必然要求。基于云南民族地区中小学的教育实践,通过优化教育的内部管理,建立多维融合的协同管理机制,开展民族特色教学模式和构建共育新格局铸牢中小学中华民族共同体意识教育路径,旨在发挥学校教育的主渠道作用,促进各民族交融交往与共同繁荣,铸就中华民族命运共同体。It is clear that primary and secondary education is an important part of education in ethnic areas.Similarly,it is a crucial battleground for strengthening a strong sense of community for the Chinese nationality.The integration of education to create a strong sense of Chinese community in primary and secondary schools into the whole process of primary and secondary education is not only a necessary path for the high-quality development of ethnic work in the new era,but also an inevitable requirement for the strategic tasks of ethnic work.Based on the educational practices in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan's ethnic areas,the research tries to establish a path way for strengthening the awareness of the Chinese national community by optimizing internal education management,establishing a multi-dimensional and integrated collaborative management mechanism,launching ethnic characteristic teaching modes,and constructing new patterns of collaborative education.The ultimate goal is to leverage the primary and secondary schools as the primary channels of education to promote mutual integration,exchange,and prosperity among all ethnic groups,and to forge the destiny community of the Chinese nation.
