摘 要:设计了一种适合电子织物信号传输的电缆扁平化可拉伸窄幅织带,以涤纶/氨纶和铜丝漆包线/氨纶包缠纱为经纱,普通涤纶纱为纬纱,经上机织造制备可拉伸电缆织带。对可拉伸电缆织带的力学性能与信号传输性能进行评价,探讨铜丝漆包线/氨纶包缠纱用作电缆信号传输线的可行性。研究结果表明,铜丝漆包线经包缠后所得包缠纱传输线与织带在15%定长拉伸后的弹性回复率均超过90%;相同长度铜丝漆包线在伸直、螺旋包缠和织入织带3种状态下的电阻差异不超过5%;可拉伸电缆织带传输电压时幅值衰减不超过0.15%,传输延迟时间不超过1.58 ns/m,带宽与伸直状态下铜丝漆包线的仅相差约13.6%;所制备的可拉伸电缆织带信号传输性能较好,力学性能满足日常柔软舒适性要求。A flat and stretchable narrow width cable ribbon suitable for signal transmission cable of electronic fabric was designed,with polyester/spandex and copper wire enameled copper wire/spandex wrapped yarn as warp yarn and ordinary polyester yarn as weft yarn,stretchable cable ribbon was prepared by weaving process.The mechanical properties and signal transmission performance of stretchable cable ribbon were evaluated,and the feasibility of using enameled copper wire/spandex wrapped yarn as signal transmission line cable was discussed.The research results show that the elastic recovery rates of the wrapped yarn transmission line and the ribbon after wrapping the enameled copper wire are more than 90%at 15%constant elongation.The resistance difference of enameled copper wire of the same length is not more than 5%under the three states of straightened,spirally wrapped and woven into ribbon.When the cable ribbon transmits voltage,the amplitude attenuation does not exceed 0.15%,and the transmission delay time does not exceed 1.58 ns/m.The bandwidth of the cable ribbon differs by about 13.6%from that of the enameled copper wire in an extended straightened state.The signal transmission characteristic performance of the prepared stretchable cable ribbon for cable is good,and its mechanical properties can meet the requirements of daily softness and comfort.
