长江江苏段着生藻类群落结构与生物完整性分析

摘　　要：为调查长江江苏段水环境状况,根据区域内13个样点的着生藻类调查结果,采用非参数检验、冗余分析等方法分析藻类群落的时空分布特征,采用随机森林算法对水体理化指标进行降维,应用Qr指数、生物完整性指数及生物多样性指数进行河流健康评价。结果表明:长江江苏段着生藻类以蓝-绿-硅藻为主,群落结构无显著差异性;流域内共检出25种功能群,其演替规律为B+Lo+MP+N+P+W1(夏季)→Lo+MP+N+P(冬季);RDA分析结果表明影响夏季藻类的驱动因子为高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、磷酸根等,冬季的驱动因子为电导率、高锰酸盐指数、浊度、溶解氧等;河流健康评价结果表明长江江苏段水环境较好,其中以研究区中段为最优。In order to investigate the water environment in Jiangsu section of the Changjiang River and provide reference for water environmental protection,according to the survey results of periphyton in 13 sampling points in the region,non-parametric test and redundancy analysis were used to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of periphyton,and random forest was used to reduce the dimension of physical and chemical indexes of water,and Qr index,IBI and biodiversity index were used to evaluate the river health.The results showed that the periphyton in Jiangsu section of the Changjiang River were mainly Cyanobacteria,green algae and diatoms,and there was no significant difference in community structure(P>0.05).25 functional groups were detected in the basin,and their succession rules were as follows:B+Lo+MP+N+P+W1(summer)→Lo+MP+N+P(winter).Redundancy analysis showed that the driving factors affecting algae in summer were potassium permanganate index,ammonia nitrogen and phosphate,and in winter were electrical conductivity,potassium permanganate index,turbidity and dissolved oxygen.The results of river health evaluation show that the water environment is satisfactory in basic,and the middle section is the best.
