摘  要:扎拉水电站首部枢纽具有非对称狭窄河谷、建筑物布置紧凑、地质条件复杂、兼顾生态基流等多重约束的特点,泄洪消能型式比选是枢纽建筑物布置及水工设计的重点工作。结合工程特点,初步拟定了挑流和底流两种消能方案,通过水工模型试验(分析流态、压力特性、流速与河床冲刷),对建筑物布置、雾化、施工条件和技术经济条件等进行了比较。研究表明:底流消能方案消能充分、冲刷和雾化小、建筑物布置优且受泄洪影响小、施工条件更好,相比挑流方案虽经济性略差,但安全性更好、适应性高,最终选择底流消能作为推荐泄洪消能方案。相关成果可供类似工程的泄洪消能建筑物设计施工参考。The head junction of Zhala Hydropower Station has the engineering constraints of an asymmetric narrow valley,compact building layout,complex geological conditions,and requirement of ecological flow.Combined with the characteristics of the project,two energy dissipation schemes of ski-jump and underflow are preliminarily proposed.The flow pattern,pressure characteristics,flow velocity and riverbed erosion under two different schemes were analyzed by a hydraulic model test.At the same time,the building layout,water atomization,construction condition and technical-economic conditions under the two schemes were also compared.The results showed that the underflow energy dissipation scheme had sufficient energy dissipation,small atomization and scouring,excellent building layout,less influence by flood discharge and better construction conditions.Although the economy of the underflow energy dissipation scheme was slightly worse than that of the ski-jump scheme,it had better safety and adaptability.Finally,the underflow energy dissipation scheme was selected as the recommended flood discharge energy dissipation scheme.The relevant results can be a useful reference for the design of flood discharge and energy dissipation of similar projects.
