摘  要:针对水利工程管理和洪水灾害预防的关键问题,通过研究和应用数字孪生技术,提出一种基于数字孪生智慧平台的解决方案,旨在提高水利工程的管理效率和预防洪水灾害的能力。通过建立小清河流域的数字孪生模型,实现对流域实际工程场景的数字化建模和仿真。同时平台集成防洪“四预”体系,能提供准确的洪水预测和预警信息,有效应对洪水灾害。小清河流域数字孪生智慧平台的设计与应用可为洪水灾害预防和工程项目实施提供重要的技术支持和决策依据,有助于提高管理效率,减少灾害损失。Aiming at the key problems of water conservancy project management and flood disaster prevention,this paper puts forward a solution based on digital twin smart platform by studying and applying the technology of digital twin,in order to improve the management efficiency of water conservancy project and the ability of flood disaster prevention.By establishing the digital twin model of Xiaoqing River Basin,the digital modeling and simulation of the actual engineering scene in this basin are realized.At the same time,the platform integrates the“four pre”system for flood control,which can provide accurate flood forecasting and early warning information,and can eff ectively cope with flood disasters.The design and application of the digital twin smart platform in Xiaoqing River Basin provides important technical support and decision-making basis for flood disaster prevention and project implementation,which is helpful to improve management efficiency and reduce disaster losses.
