高校学生校内申诉制度的困境与对策研究综述

摘　　要：申诉权是宪法规定的公民权利,高校学生校内申诉权是公民权利在高校学生管理中的具体体现。高校学生校内申诉制度是维护学生合法权益的重要途径,但在实际运行中仍存在一些问题亟待解决。本文通过对相关文献进行整理,分析高校学生校内申诉存在的问题,归纳优化路径,对保障学生权益,推进依法治校具有重要作用。The right to appeal is a constitutional citizen's right,and the right to appeal for college students on campus is a specific manifestation of civil rights in the management of college students.The appeal system for college students on campus is an important way to protect their legitimate rights and interests,but there are still some problems that need to be solved in practical operation.This article sorts out relevant literature,analyzes the problems existing in the appeal of college students on campus,summarizes and optimizes the path,which plays an important role in protecting students'rights and promoting the rule of law in the school.
