某医学院校新生抑郁症状及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的在健康中国行动(2019—2030年)背景下调查某医学院校大一新生抑郁现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利取样法,选取安徽某医科高校,采用一般资料调查问卷,世界卫生组织生活质量量表简表,简版流调中心抑郁问卷-中文版,家庭关怀度指数问卷对该高校大一新生进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归分析医学院大一新生抑郁的影响因素。结果243名大一新生抑郁问卷得分(12.44±6.41)分,抑郁情绪发生率高达48.97%。生活质量量表得分(61.03±15.08)分,家庭关怀度指数问卷得分(7.536±2.586)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,医学生抑郁因素有清醒后决策,学习时间,家庭关怀度,生存质量状况,解释总变异的41.2%。结论医学院校大一新生抑郁情绪发生率高。建议医学院校对大一新生学习时间和业余时间做好正确引导,避免过度沉迷娱乐,关注大一新生对高校生活环境的生理、心理适应程度,同时加强学生与家人之间的交流,避免抑郁情绪的产生。Objective Under the background of Healthy China Action(2019-2030),the depression status of freshmen in a medical college was investigated and its influencing factors were analyzed.Method The convenience sampling method was used in a medical university in Anhui Province.The general information questionnaire,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale,the Chinese version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Questionnaire-Chinese Version,and the Family Care Index Questionnaire were used to investigate the freshmen of the university.Use multiple linear regression method to analyze the influencing factors of depression among medical college freshmen.Result The depression questionnaire score of 243 freshmen was(12.44±6.41),and the incidence of depression was as high as 48.97%.The score of the quality of life scale was(61.03±15.08)points,and the score of the family care index questionnaire was(7.536±2.586)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the depression factors,explaining 41.2%of the total variation of medical students were conscious decision-making,learning time,family care and quality of life.Conclusion The incidence of depression in medical college freshmen was high.It was suggested that medical colleges should give proper guidance to freshmen s leaming time and spare time to avoid excessive addiction to entertainment,pay attention to freshmen s physiological and psychological adaptation to the living environment of colleges and universities,and strengthen the communication between students and their families to avoid depression.
