“大思政”理念下高校思政教育资源转换与整合研究

摘　　要：高校以“大思政”理念转换整合教育资源,对于强化教育教学活动实效和营造浓厚的“三全”育人氛围,具有十分重要的价值。当前,受多重因素的影响和制约,高校教育资源转换整合仍面临一系列困境。为有效突破困境,不断优化思政教育资源转换整合,实现“大思政”育人目标,高校应从创新教育理念、完善管理机制、重视网络教育资源开发和强化家校社协同等角度入手,推动教育资源转换整合,构建“大思政”育人格局。The integration of educational resources in the transformation of the concept of“great ideologies and politics”in universities is of great value in strengthening the effectiveness of educational and teaching activities and creating a strong atmosphere of“three comprehensive”education.Currently,due to multiple factors and constraints,the transformation and integration of educational resources in universities still face a series of difficulties.In order to effectively break through difficulties,continuously optimize the transformation and integration of ideological and political education resources,and achieve the goal of“great ideological and political”education,universities should start from innovative educational concepts,improve management mechanisms,attach importance to the development of online education resources,and strengthen cooperation between family,school,and society,promote the transformation and integration of educational resources,and build a“great ideological and political”education pattern.
