教育生态学视域下高校教育管理困境及对策

摘　　要：从教育生态学视角看,当前高校教育管理存在管理理念落后、学生生态位失衡、规章制度不健全、内部缺乏交流合作等问题。产生这些问题的主要原因有高校生态环境与外部环境不匹配、高校子系统之间协同性差、高校内设机构之间竞争加剧、高校教育生态系统内部多样性不足和高校教育生态系统容量超载。高校要想优化内部教育生态,破解教育管理面临的困境,就必须既要适应外部环境需求寻求内涵式发展之路,又要提高校内各子系统之间的协同性,营造合作共生的氛围,增强内部活力。From the perspective of educational ecology,there are problems in the current management of higher education,such as outdated management concepts,imbalanced student ecological niches,incomplete rules and regulations,and a lack of internal communication and cooperation.The main reasons for these the external environment,poor collaboration between university subsystems,intensified competition among internal institutions of universities,insufficient diversity within the university education ecosystem,and overloaded capacity of the university education ecosystem.In order to optimize the internal education ecology and solve the difficulties faced by education management,universities must not only adapt to the external environmental needs and seek a path of connotative development,but also improve the synergy between various subsystems on campus,create a cooperative and symbiotic atmosphere,and enhance internal vitality.
