摘　　要：目的:探究住院患者中血清神经调节蛋白4(Nrg4)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并代谢综合征(MetS)的相关性。方法:选取2017年1-12月盐城市第三人民医院内分泌科住院的234例T2DM患者纳入本研究,定义T2DM不合并MetS组为A组(n=125),T2DM合并MetS组为B组(n=109)。结果:A组血清Nrg4浓度明显高于B组[(5.11±2.72)vs(3.84±1.34)pg/mL,P<0.001]。Pearson相关分析显示,血清Nrg4水平与体重、腰围、BMI、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯-葡萄糖(TyG)指数、FA、HbA1c、UA、TG、TC、LDL呈负相关,与HDL和HOMA-β呈正相关(P<0.05或0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,Nrg4、UA、GA、TG为T2DM合并MetS的影响因素。结论:血清Nrg4水平降低可能与T2DM合并MetS住院患者的胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、血脂异常有关。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum levels of neuregulin 4(Nrg4)and metabolic syndrome(MetS)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 234 T2DM patients admitted to the Endocrinology Department of the Third Peoples Hospital of Yancheng City from January to December 2017 were in-cluded in this study.The T2DM group without MetS was defined as group A(n=125)and T2DM group with MetS as group B(n=109).Results:Serum Nrg4 concentration was significantly higher in group A than in group B[(5.11±2.72)vs(3.84±1.34)pg/mL,(P<0.001)].Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Nrg4 levels were negatively correlated with body weight,waist circumference,body mass index(BMI),HOMA-IR,triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,fruc-tosamine(FA),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),serum uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low density lipoprotein(LDL).There was a positive correlation(R<0.05 or 0.01)with high-density lipopro-tein(HDL)and HOMA-β.Logistic regression analysis showed that Nrg4,UA,FA and TG were the influencing factors of T2DM complicated with MetS.Conclusion:The decrease of serum Nrg4 level may be related to insulin resistance,obe-sity and dyslipidemia in T2DM patients with MetS.
