雾化吸入布地奈德对声带息肉切除术后功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究雾化吸入布地奈德对声带息肉切除术后水肿和功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2018年1月至2022年12月我院收治的90例声带息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、吸入激素组以及静脉激素组。对照组单纯行支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除术;吸入激素组手术方式同对照组,术后常规给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液;静脉激素组手术方式同对照组,术后常规给予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液。比较三组患者的嗓音恢复时间、咽痛恢复时间、声带水肿恢复时间、住院时间以及嗓音障碍指数量表(VHI)和感知性语音分析(GRBAS)量表。结果:吸入激素组、静脉激素组术后嗓音恢复时间、术后咽痛恢复时间、术后声带水肿恢复时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);吸入激素组与静脉激素组比较,术后嗓音恢复时间、术后咽痛恢复时间、术后声带水肿恢复时间以及术后住院时间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。吸入激素组、静脉激素两组患者术后VHI评分、GRBAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);吸入激素组与静脉激素组比较,术后VHI评分、GRBAS评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:雾化吸入布地奈德有助于改善声带息肉患者术后的声带功能障碍,有助于术后患者嗓音的恢复。Objective:To study the effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide on edema and functional recovery af-ter vocal cord polypectomy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group,inhaled hormone group and intravenous hormone group.The control group underwent vocal cord polypectomy under self-retaining laryngoscope;the operation method of the inhaled hormone group was the same as that of the control group,and the inhaled budesonide suspension was routine-ly given after operation.The operation method of intravenous hormone group was the same as that of the control group,and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was routinely given after operation.The voice recovery time,sore throat recovery time,vocal cord edema recovery time,hospitalization time,voice handicap index(VHI)scale and perceptual speech analysis(GRBAS)scale were compared among the three groups.Results:The postoperative voice recovery time,postoperative sore throat recovery time,postoperative vocal cord edema recovery time and hospitalization time in the inhalation hormone group and the intravenous hormone group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative voice recovery time,postoperative sore throat recovery time,postop-erative vocal cord edema recovery time and hospitalization time between the inhaled hormone group and the intravenous hormone group(P>0.05).The postoperative VHI score and GRBAS score of the inhaled hormone group and the intrave-nous hormone group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in postoperative VHI score and GRBAS score between the inhaled hormone group and the intravenous hormone group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atomization inhalation of budesonide is helpful to improve the postoperative vocal cord dys-function in patients with vocal cord polyps,and is helpful to the recovery of patientsvoice after operation
