摘 要:目的:探究医方视角下医疗纠纷的处理策略。方法:回顾性分析F医院在2021年1月-2022年12月间发生的医疗纠纷案134例,分析其发生原因、发生科室、处理方式、赔偿金额、解决途径等相关资料。结果:医疗纠纷发生的主要原因是沟通和诊疗、患者缺乏医学知识和期望值过高。医疗纠纷发生最多的科室是手术科室,院内调解的平均处理时间最短(27.67天),平均赔偿金额最少(621.51元);法律诉讼平均处理时间最长(231.23天),平均赔偿金额最高(86538.46元)。结论:预防医疗纠纷需要加强医院精细化管理、建立健全高效的医疗责任保险制度;需要加强医疗纠纷队伍的建设和合理使用处理途径。Objective:To explored the treatment strategy of medical disputes from the perspective of the medical side.Methods:The data of 134 cases of medical disputes in F Hospital from Jan 2021 to Dec 2022 were analyzedretro-spectively.The causes,departments,ways of handling,amount of compensation and solutions of medical disputes were researched.Results:The main causes of medical disputes were communication,diagnosis and treatment,lack of medi-cal knowledge and high expectations of patients.The department with the most medical disputes was the surgery depart-ment.The average processing time of in-hospital mediation was the shortest(27.67 days),and the average compensation amount was the least(621.51 yuan).The average processing time of legal proceedings was the longest(231.23 days),and the average compensation amount was the highest(86,538.46 yuan).Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the hospitals fine management and establish a sound and efficient medical liability insurance system to prevent medical dis-putes.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of medical dispute teams and use reasonable ways to deal with them to deal with medical disputes.
