摘 要:机械法竖井因其机械化程度高、对地层扰动小等优点得到了广泛的应用。本文以广州某项目机械法竖井工程为例,采用ABAQUS建立数值模型,分析了小净距机械法竖井施工引起的地层变形以及管片内力分布规律。结果表明:地面沉降主要集中在竖井周边,且由于开挖卸荷作用,变形表现为隆起,变形曲线类似于高斯分布曲线;一侧竖井施工时,会引起另一侧竖井周边的地层变形;随着深度增大,管片受力逐渐增大,在管片底部的外侧存在应力集中区域,在管片底部外侧,将会出现应力集中区域。本文结论可为小净距机械法竖井施工提供设计依据,为施工方案的设计提供参考。Mechanical shaft has been widely used because of its high degree of mechanization and low disturbance to strata.Taking a mechanical shaft project in Guangzhou as an example,this paper establishes a numerical model with ABAQUS to analyze the formation deformation and internal force distribution of pipe segment caused by the construction of mechanical shaft with small clear distance.The results show that the ground subsidence is mainly concentrated around the shaft,and the deformation is uplifted due to the excavation unloading,and the deformation curve is similar to the Gaussian distribution curve.When one shaft is constructed,the formation deformation around the other shaft will be caused.With the increase of depth,the force on the segment gradually increases,and there is a stress concentration area outside the bottom of the segment,and a stress concentration area will appear outside the bottom of the segment.The conclusion of this paper can provide the design basis for the construction of small clear distance mechanical shaft,and provide a reference for the design of construction scheme.
