摘  要:采用乙醇水溶液对洁面乳、沐浴露、磨砂膏等淋洗类化妆品进行加热分散,定性滤纸对固体颗粒进行过滤提取,红外光谱定性分析,并对红外光谱鉴定为塑料材质的颗粒再进行热重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC),提高定性分析结果的可靠性。结果表明:10种淋洗类化妆品中含有固体颗粒,其中1种固体颗粒鉴别为聚乙烯塑料,其余9种为植物纤维素。采用激光粒度仪对聚乙烯塑料的粒度分布进行了考察,80%微粒粒度集中在150~600μm;采用超景深显微镜对聚乙烯塑料的微观尺度进行分析,塑料颗粒呈现明显球形状态。该标准化的分析操作方法能满足淋洗类化妆品中塑料微珠的定性测定需求,并为淋洗类化妆品中塑料微珠的管控提供技术支撑。The wash type cosmetics such as facial cleanser,shower gel and scrub paste were dispersed by hot ethanol aqueous solution,the solid particles were filtered and extracted by the qualitative filter paper,coupled with qualitative analysis by infrared spectrum.The particles identified by the infrared spectrum as plastic materials were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetric analysis(DSC)to improve the reliability of the qualitative analysis results.The results showed that 10 kinds of washing cosmetics contained solid particles,1 of which was identified as polyethylene plastic,and the other 9 were plant cellulose.The particle size distribution of polyethylene plastics was investigated by laser particle size analyzer,that 80%particles were concentrated within the scope of 150-600μm.The micro scale of polyethylene plastic was analyzed by ultra depth of field microscope,and the plastic particles showed obviously spherical state.The standardized analytical operation method can meet the qualitative determination requirements of plastic beads in wash type cosmetics,and provides technical support for the control of plastic beads in wash type cosmetics.
