摘  要:为了准确测定烫发水、烫发乳和脱毛膏等常见化妆品中巯基乙酸的含量,建立了反相离子对色谱法。采用30 mmol/L乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)-质量分数5%乙腈溶液作为提取溶剂,流动相采用质量分数0.1%磷酸-3.5 mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液。结果显示,该方法消除了样品基质中杂质对巯基乙酸的干扰,提高了检测结果的精密度。与标准方法相比,其线性范围宽、抗干扰能力强、提高了低含量水平巯基乙酸检测的稳定性,可作为检测发用类化妆品中巯基乙酸含量的方法。A ion-pairing revers phase high performance liquid chromatography(ion-pairing RP-HPLC)method was developed for the determination of thioglycolic acid(TGA)in cosmetics like perming formula and hair removal cream.The 5%(mass fraction)acetonitrile solution containing 30 mmol/L EDTA was used as the extraction solvent,with 0.1%(mass fraction)H3PO4 and 3.5 mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate aqueous solution as the mobile phase.The results showed that the method eliminated the interference of other impurities in the sample matrix on TGA and improved the precision of the detection results.Compared with the standard method,this method had a wide linear range,strong anti-interference ability,and improved the stability of the detection of TGA at low content levels,and could be used as a method for the determination of TGA in hair cosmetics.
