摘  要:建立了一种适用于检测指甲油中4种禁用分散型着色剂(分散棕1、分散红11、分散蓝7、分散橙3)的高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱方法。以乙腈与体积分数为0.1%的甲酸溶液为流动相,流速为300μL/min,以十八烷基硅烷键合相色谱柱进行分离。电喷雾源质谱在正离子模式(ESI^(+))下进行多反应离子监测(MRM)。结果表明分散棕1的线性范围为5~250 ng/mL,分散红11、分散蓝7、分散橙3的线性范围为1~50 ng/mL;指甲油中4种禁用分散型着色剂的检出限为20~100μg/kg,在低、中、高3个水平下加标,各目标化合物的回收率为86.5%~107.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.73%~8.51%。此方法具有简单快速、灵敏度高等优点,适用于同时检测指甲油中分散棕1、分散红11、分散蓝7、分散橙3。A high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for determination of 4 forbidden colorants(disperse brown 1,disperse red 11,disperse blue 7,disperse orange 3)in nail polish.Acetonitrile and 0.1%(in volume)formic acid aqueous solution were set as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 300μL/min.Disperse brown 1,disperse red 11,disperse blue 7 and disperse orange 3 were separated on a C18 column and ESI^(+)-MRM-MS was set.The results showed that the linear range were 5~250 ng/mL,the qualitative detection limit in nail polish were between 20~100μg/kg,the average recoveries at 3 spiked levels ranged from 86.5%to 107%with RSDs were 2.73%-8.51%.This method is simple,accurate,and sensitive,could be used for the analyses of 4 forbidden colorants in nail polish simultaneously.
