摘　　要：对某车型发动机PCV阀总成结构及其内部零件受力情况进行分析,计算PCV阀内部气体流速,确定该车型在怠速开空调工况下PCV阀异响的原因,并通过PCV阀改进试验进行问题验证。The structure of the PCV valve assembly and the stress distribution of its internal parts of the engine of a certain type of vehicle were analyzed,and the flow rate of the gas inside the PCV valve was calculated to determine the cause of the abnormal sound of the PCV valve in the idling condition with the air conditioner on.Then the PCV valve was improved,and the verification test was carried out.
