摘  要:通过改进诱杀坑法,对坑内诱饵采用4种不同处理方法:诱饵上喷洒清水、诱杀坑底部垫稻草、诱饵上喷洒质量分数10%白砂糖水、诱杀坑底部垫稻草并喷洒质量分数10%白砂糖水,对黑翅土白蚁进行野外诱集试验.结果表明,诱杀坑底部垫稻草并喷洒质量分数10%白砂糖水诱集数最高,最高能诱集590.0只工蚁,引诱效果要好于诱杀坑底部垫稻草、喷洒质量分数10%白砂糖水2种处理方法,喷洒清水处理方法诱集效果最差.黑翅土白蚁存在取食记忆现象,杉木林中的黑翅土白蚁对杉木屑诱饵显示出更强的偏好性,其诱集效果要好于松木屑和甘蔗渣,第9天诱杀坑诱集黑翅土白蚁数量最高,达362.9只.氟虫腈、呋虫胺、吡虫啉3种防治药剂驱避效果对比表明,氟虫腈对黑翅土白蚁驱避效应要低于呋虫胺和吡虫啉,平均每个诱杀坑诱集的黑翅土白蚁较对照组减少55.4只,远低于喷洒呋虫胺和吡虫啉的减少量(较对照组分别减少105.9和107.6只).因此,野外防治黑翅土白蚁,选择氟虫腈防治效果要好于呋虫胺和吡虫啉.We aimed to improve the bait for Odontotermes formosanus in the wild through four different bait treatment methods.They were watering on the bait,filling straw at the bait pit bottom,spraying water with 10%white sugar,and filling straw at the bait pit bottom together with spraying water with 10%white sugar.The test showed that 590.0 workers were trapped with the method of filling straw at the bait pit bottom together with spraying water with 10%white sugar.The trapping effect of this method was better than that of the other methods of filling straw at the bait pit bottom and spraying 10%white sugar water;watering on the bait had the lowest effect.Feeding memory exists in termites;they prefer fir bait if they previously fed in fir forests.Therefore,the trapping effect of the fir bait was better than that of the pine bait and sugarcane bait,with the quantity of workers in each bait pit being 362.9.The repelling effect of the chemical repellent fipronil on O.formosanus was lower than that of dinotefuran and imidacloprid.The decrease in the quantity of O.formosanus in each bait pit with fipronil application was 55.4,which was considerably lesser than that with dinotefuran and imidacloprid application,which were 105.9 and 107.6,respectively.Therefore,in the wild,fipronil showed better effects in O.formosanus control than dinotefuran and imidacloprid.
