数字经济背景下FDI对地区劳动力市场就业的影响研究——基于空间视角的考察

摘　　要：基于2004-2019年我国285个地级市面板数据,通过空间计量模型和门槛模型,考察了数字经济视角下FDI的区域就业效应。研究结果表明:首先,FDI对本地区就业产生创造效应,对邻近地区就业产生“虹吸效应”。其次,通过对FDI的长期效应分析发现,随着引进外资时间的增长,FDI对邻近地区就业的“虹吸效应”减弱,并且最终表现为创造效应。最后,从空间溢出效应看,通过构建数字经济发展水平及FDI的交互项,考察数字经济的调节作用,结果发现数字经济促进了FDI对本地区就业的创造效应;从门槛效应结果看,随着数字经济发展水平的提高,FDI对就业的创造效应更加显著。Based on panel data from 285 prefecture level cities in China from 2004 to 2019,this study examined the regional employment effect of FDI from the perspective of the digital economy using spatial econometric models and threshold models.The research results indicate that,first,FDI has a creative effect on local employment and a“siphon effect”on employment in neighboring areas.Second,an analysis of the long-term effects of FDI shows that as the time of introduction of foreign investment increases,the“siphon effect”of FDI on employment in neighboring areas weakens,and ultimately manifests as a creative effect.Finally,from the perspective of spatial spillover effects,by constructing an interaction term between the development level of the digital economy and FDI,the moderating effect of the digital economy is examined.The results show that the digital economy promotes the creation effect of FDI on local employment.From the threshold effect results,as the development level of the digital economy improves,the employment creation effect of FDI becomes more significant.
