摘 要:富氧燃烧技术由于符合“双碳”目标,已在玻璃、钢铁等高耗能行业得到了应用。为了更好地推广富氧燃烧技术的应用,总结了富氧燃烧技术在高耗能行业的应用进展以及未来的研究重点。特别是突出了富氧燃烧技术对CCUS的正向影响。结果表明,富氧燃烧技术有助于实现高耗能行业节能减排,水泥、陶瓷等耗能大户具有广阔的市场前景,它们应当根据自身工艺特性,做出科学灵活的改进;为加强富氧燃烧技术的经济性和适用性以促进该技术的推广,有必要进一步加强对制氧成本、气体排放、富氧燃烧器及氧枪的研究;此外,富氧燃烧技术在工业炉窑中的使用,能够提高CO_(2)体积分数,有助于CO_(2)的封存和捕集,以此大大降低CCUS技术的成本,这诸多优势为CO_(2)捕集纯化在各高耗能行业的广泛推广提出了新的思路,未来应当把富氧燃烧技术与CCUS技术的结合作为重点研究方向以更好地实现高耗能行业碳中和。Oxygen enriched combustion technology has been applied in energy-consuming industries such as glass and steel because it is in line with the"two-carbon"goals.In order to better promote the application of oxygen enriched combustion,the progress of the application of oxygen enriched combustion technology in energy-consuming industries is summarized,as well as future research priorities.In particular,the positive effect of oxygen enriched combustion technology on CCUS is highlighted.The results show that oxygen enriched combustion technology helps to realize energy saving and emission redu-ction in energy-consuming industries,and energy-consuming industries such as cement and ceramics have a broad market prospect,and they should make scientific and flexible improvements according to their own process characteristics;in order to enhance the economy and applicability of oxygen-enriched combustion technology to promote the popularization of this technology,it is necessary to further strengthen the research on the cost of oxygen production,gas emission,oxygen-enriched burner and oxygen lance.In addition,the use of oxygen-enriched combustion technology in industrial furnaces and kilns can increase the volume fraction of CO_(2),which can help the sequestration and capture of CO_(2),thus greatly reducing the cost of CCUS technology,and these many advantages put forward a new idea for the widespread promotion of CO_(2) capture and purification in various energy-consuming industries,and the combination of oxygen-enriched combustion technology and CCUS technology should be taken as a key direction of research in the future to better realize the carbon neutrality of energy-consuming industries.The combination of oxygen enriched combustion technology and CCUS technology should be the key research direction in the future to better realize carbon neutrality in energy-consuming industries.
