摘　　要：以煤化工项目甲醇合成为例,针对甲醇合成装置中存在的各种材料损伤问题,分别分析了相应的损伤机理和影响因素。根据不同工况下介质的组分,提出了相应的应对措施。Taking the methanol synthesis of a coal chemical project as an example,the corresponding damage mechanisms and influencing factors were analyzed to address various material damage issues in the methanol synthesis device.Corresponding measures were proposed based on the composition of the medium under different working conditions.
