摘 要:中国作为第一渔业大国,水产品出口贸易发展迅猛。但受国际政局动荡,贸易保护主义抬头,疫情后国际市场尚未完全恢复的影响,中国水产品出口贸易的发展受阻。而跨境电商在数字经济时代作为开展进出口贸易的一种新形式,对优化农渔业产业结构、促进农渔业经营增效、拓宽农渔民增收致富渠道等具有重要作用,但由于产业链不健全、专业水产品跨境电商平台建设存在短板、冷链物流频出问题及复合型人才欠缺等因素的制约,导致中国水产品优势尚未能通过叠加跨境电商释放倍增效应。基于此,文章以提取水产品出口跨境电商竞争力指标为基础构建竞争力模型,并通过SPSS和AMOS进行双因子实证分析,提出应从健全质量标准体系,提升跨境冷链物流服务水平等方面提高中国水产品出口跨境电商竞争力。As the largest fishery country,China′s aquatic products export trade has developed rapidly.However,the development of China′s aquatic products export trade has been hindered by the international political turmoil,the rise of trade protectionism and the incomplete recovery of the international market after the epidemic.As a new form of import and export trade in the era of digital economy,cross-border e-commerce plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure of agriculture and fishery,promoting the efficiency of agriculture and fishery management,and broadening the channels for farmers and fishermen to increase their income and become rich.However,due to the imperfect industrial chain,the lack of professional cross-border platforms,the frequent problems of cold chain logistics and the lack of complex talents.As a result,China′s aquatic product advantage has not yet released the multiplier effect through overlapping cross-border e-commerce.Based on this,the paper builds a competitiveness model based on the extraction of the competitiveness indicators of cross-border e-commerce of aquatic products export,and carries out a two-factor empirical analysis through SPSS and AMOS,and proposes that the competitiveness of China′s aquatic products cross-border e-commerce export should be improve by improving the quality standard system and improving the level of cross-border cold chain logistics services.
