摘　　要：采管分离是医院医疗设备精细化管理的总体趋势。在采管分离模式下,科学地进行医疗设备全生命周期管理是一项重要课题。医疗设备全生命周期管理应当包括但不限于医疗设备立项论证、安装验收、设备标识和档案管理、操作培训及考核、维修维护、计量检测、不良事件上报与分析、清查处置等环节。本文结合南昌大学第二附属医院实践经验,探析采管分离模式下医疗设备全生命周期管理优化路径,为医院提升医疗设备管理水平提供参考。The separation of collection and management is a trend in the refined management of hospitals.Under the separation mode of collection and management,scientifically managing the entire life cycle of medical equipment is an important topic.The full life cycle management of medical equipment should include,but not be limited to,various links such as medical equipment project approval demonstration,installation acceptance,equipment identification and file management,operation training and assessment,maintenance,measurement and testing,adverse event reporting and analysis,inventory and disposal.This study combines the practical experience of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University to explore the optimization path of medical equipment lifecycle management under the mode of separation of production and management,providing a reference for hospitals to improve the management level of medical equipment.
