珠三角制造业智能化水平测度及智能化转型对策研究

摘　　要：伴随互联网时代的兴起,中国传统制造业在信息技术的背景下呈现智能化转型趋势。从珠三角制造业现状入手,根据2011—2020年可得数据对珠三角九市制造业发展趋势以及智能制造水平进行测度并展开深入分析,从而进一步总结出珠三角制造业进行智能化转型存在区域智能化发展水平不均衡、企业转型动力不足以及核心技术和人才匮乏等问题。最后结合时代背景,针对以上问题提出增强产业集聚、完善治理体系、重视人才引进以及提高智能制造创新能力等促进智能制造发展的对策建议。With the rise of the internet era,China’s traditional manufacturing industry presents a trend of intelligent transformation under the background of information technology.Starting from the current situation of the manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta region(hereinafter referred to as the Pearl River Delta),this paper measures the development trend of the manufacturing industry and the level of intelligent manufacturing in the nine cities of the Pearl River Delta according to the data available from 2011 to 2020 and conducts an in-depth analysis.It is further summarized that the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta has some problems,such as unbalanced development level of regional intelligent development,insufficient power of enterprise transformation and shortage of core technology and talents.By combining with the background of The Times,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing,such as strengthening industrial agglomeration,improving the governance system,attaching importance to the introduction of talents and improving the innovation ability of intelligent manufacturing.
