摘  要:为推动磁性检测技术在油气管道应力检测领域的应用,探究管线钢在弱磁场下的力磁定量特性,搭建了低频弱场的动态瑞利磁滞回线测量系统,开展了X80管线钢在弹性变形阶段的瑞利磁滞特性研究,探讨了弱磁激励下磁特征参数的变化机理。结果表明,在弱磁激励下,瑞利回线表现出强烈的磁滞损耗特性,矫顽力和剩磁的变化规律可用瑞利磁滞理论进行描述;矫顽力和剩磁与弹性阶段的拉应力具有强烈的相关性,其变化规律体现出明显的Villari效应,可用非线性多项式来描述;外加磁场强度越大时,矫顽力和剩磁的梯度值越大,表明外加磁场具有强化矫顽力和剩磁应力敏感性的作用;拉应力和磁场强度对磁特征参数的作用机理均可用瑞利区的磁畴壁运动来解释。In order to promote the application of magnetic detection technology in the field of oil and gas pipeline stress detection,and explore the quantitative magneto-mechanical characteristics of pipeline steel under weak magnetic field,a low-frequency weak field dy-namic Rayleigh hysteresis loop measurement system is built.The Rayleigh hysteresis characteristics of X80 pipeline steel in the elastic deformation stage are studied,and the mechanism of magnetic characteristic parameters under weak magnetic excitation is discussed.The results show that the Rayleigh loop exhibits strong hysteresis loss characteristics under different weak magnetic excitation.The vari-ations of coercive force and remanence can be described by Rayleigh hysteresis theory.The coercive force and remanence have a strong correlation with the tensile stress in the elastic stage,and their variation law reflects the obvious Villari effect.The dependence between them and the tensile stress can be described by nonlinear polynomials.When the applied magnetic field strength is larger,the gradient values of coercive force and remanence are greater,which indicates that the applied magnetic field can strengthen the stress sensitivity of coercive force and remanence.The mechanism of tensile stress and the magnetic field on magnetic characteristic parameters can be ex-plained by the motion of domain wall in Rayleigh region.
