摘 要:在深厚软土地区基坑开挖中,悬臂式钢板桩抗弯能力差,无法满足支护的要求。为了突破悬臂式钢板桩的局限,形成一个适用于深厚软土地层中的支护体系。结合福建省宁德市某基坑工程项目,以T型组合钢板桩为研究对象。通过分析T型组合钢板桩的结构、施工特性,验证了该组合钢板桩在深厚软土地区基坑支护中的应用合适性,并对开挖引起的基坑变形进行了现场监测。结果表明:采取T型组合钢板桩支护体系的基坑,基坑坡顶部水平及竖向位移、深层土体水平位移以及坑外地下水位,均远远小于标准预警值,适用性较好。In the excavation of deep soft soil foundation pits,cantilever steel sheet piles have poor bending resistance and cannot meet the requirements of support.In order to break through the limitations of cantilever steel sheet piles and form a support system suitable for deep soft soil layers.Combined with a foundation pit project in Ningde City,Fujian Province,T-shaped composite steel sheet piles are taken as the research object.By analyzing the structure and construction characteristics of the T-shaped composite steel sheet pile,the suitability of the application of the composite steel sheet pile in deep soft soil area foundation pit support was verified,and on-site monitoring was conducted on the deformation of the foundation pit caused by excavation.The results show that the horizontal and vertical displacement of the top of the foundation pit slope,the horizontal displacement of the deep soil layer,and the groundwater level outside the pit using the T-shaped composite steel sheet pile support system are far less than the standard warning values,and the applicability is good.
