摘　　要：国家大力推广装配式建筑,而装配式装饰挂板作为其重要组成部分,受到越来越多的重视和应用。对于超大体块装配式外挂板,由于建筑外形空间复杂,幕墙材料块体大、易断裂,安装平整度及拼缝要求高,施工难度大。通过对施工过程中多项关键工序进行技术创新,对装配式外挂GRC板堆放、搬运、定位、紧固过程进行精细管理控制,并对整体安装位置精度和平整度进行评价,提高了GRC板安装质量和整体效果。The prefabricated buildings are vigorously promoting by the government now.As an important part of the prefabricated buildings,the prefabricated decorative hanging board has been paid more and more attention and applied.For the super-large assembled external boards,the construction is full of difficulty because of the complexity of construction space shape,material behavior of bulk and easy-fracture,high installation-demand of flatness and gap.Ensure the quality and effect of GRC plate installation with precision control on stack,carry,orientation,fastening by a number of key processes in the construction process of technological innovation,then evaluating overall installation position precision and flatness.
