摘 要:针对罗布泊至若羌铁路线路走向方案这一决策目标,结合接轨条件、工程地质、运营成本、环境影响和投资效益5个主要影响线路走向的准则因素,通过层次分析法构建层次结构模型,建立相对应的判断比较矩阵,来量化不同方案(米兰接轨方案、米兰西接轨方案和若羌接轨方案)的比较结果,最后对评价结果进行分析。层次分析法可以使不同方案、多种影响因素的比选结果变得数字化、系统化、直观化,为罗布泊至若羌铁路线路走向方案的选择提供参考依据。In view of the decision-making objective of the alignment plan of Lop Nur Ruoqiang Railway Line,combined with the five major factors that affect the alignment of the line,including the connection conditions,engineering geology,operation cost,environmental impact and investment benefit,the hierarchical structure model is built through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the corresponding judgment comparison matrix is established to quantify the comparison results of different schemes(Milan connection scheme,Milan West connection scheme and Ruoqiang connection scheme).Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process can make the comparison and selection results of different schemes and various influencing factors digital,systematic and intuitive,and provide a reference for the selection of the route scheme of Lop Nur Ruoqiang railway.
